A U.S. Navy veteran and former planning commissioner for the City of Lemoore, Greg brings unmatched insight into local development, city planning, and strategic land positioning.

As founder of Central Valley Development Solutions (CVDS), Greg works at the intersection of private investment and public impact—helping landowners, developers, cities, and investors unlock the hidden value of underutilized land through entitlement strategy, site planning, and economic development plays. From residential and multifamily to industrial and commercial, Greg specializes in turning raw dirt into real opportunity.

Greg holds a master’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s in business management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He is Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certified, and known for his relentless responsiveness, sharp market knowledge, and honest, numbers-driven guidance.
